Extraits :

Fischm a écrit:I have already made it (i've got many automatic watches), but it don't works !
I think the mechanism is blocked.
candy Yang a écrit:hi friend, All the watches we have qc check carefully before sending out, the image you sent cannot see the problem, we have below solution for you choose either 1 or 2 okey,
option1)we refund you US$15 to you, you take the watch to the repair place to get it repaired. I think it is not hard for repairmen.
option2)we will replace you a new item after you return this watch to my china address by post,
Regards
Fischm a écrit:I don't accept your option 1, because i paid for a functionally watch. It isn't my fault, if the watch don't work normally. And incidentally, if you think it is not difficult to repair is that you are thinking that the watch can not work. Further in France, a watchmaker will never make any repairs for less than 35 €.
I don't accept your option 2, because the shipping cost to China from France is 27,65€ without recommandation and the order total is 25,16€.
So I ask you a full refund.
