They have three brands: 1) domestic market is Megir 2) Japanese market is Nakzen and they sell watches in 3) Switzerland under the name Ruimas.
Ruimas is an old Swiss company that went out during the 1975-83 Swiss quartz crisis. Nakzen is a company registered in Japan and Megir has been around in the Chinese market for about 20 years. Like other Chinese watch manufacturers, they make-up stories about their origins.
Meigeer is primary known for their cases. They make complete or cased watches for a number of other companies including Guess and Glycine. One the Meigeer's divisions is a ODM (original design manufacturer) and another is a OEM (outsourcing electronics manufacturing).
I'm not aware of Megir using ISA movements (ISASwiss, Ltd. Hong Kong). I've seen Seiko Instruments and Miyota movements in their watches.
As of 5-15-2015, they're making a Panerai looking watch like the Parnis with a Sea-Gull ST-2525 movement - Sea-Gull uses the ST- 2525 in their 219.328 model. The Megir case is superior to Parnis, the bands are padded and stitched and the crystal is Sapphire. The low prices are a complete mystery to me. I no longer have a contact at Meigeer as their only English speaking representative left in January.
I have no idea what Meigeer is doing pricing their watches like the cheapo's. A year ago, they wanted to distribute their watches on eBay, but had some fear about it. They're using a distributor model similar to Suntime. I bought one and it came in the same type of packaging as Parnis. It wouldn't surprise me if they decided to go after Parnis. I've seem several German sellers distributing Megir. One distributor is in California and several in Hong Kong. Meigeer isn't distributing on eBay or Alibaba directly. My impression is they always use a B2B model. I've seen Nakzen sold on a B2C model on Babao and Amazon.
I believe sans evidence that they'll raise their prices as they get established. That's what they've done in the past on the Chinese auction sites.
